If you’re going to travel to Italy, you’re going to eat A LOT of Gelato! After a week there, here are my top 3 picks for Italian Gelato!
#3- Puro Gelato in Sorrento, Italy
Via Luigi de Maio, 19, 80067 Sorrento NA, Italy
Puro is a must see and must eat in Sorrento! It is by far the cutest Gelato shop in all of Italy with tons of selections of not only Gelato, but popsicles, cake pops, and mini ice cream sandwiches! There was so much to choose from and the gelato was delicious! I especially loved hanging out on the swings in the store!

#2- Il Gelatone in Rome, Italy
Via dei Serpenti, 130, 00184 Roma, Italy
This shop takes the cake for truly offering something for everyone! They have VEGAN gelato! Lots of traditional options, soy based options, and dairy free fruit flavored options! We actually went here 2 nights in a row because it was so delicious!
#1- Gelataro Buonocore in Capri, Italy
Via Vittorio Emanuele, 35, 80076 Capri NA, Italy
The best Gelato in all of Italy can be found on the island of Capri. As we approached, we notice a long line outside the small shop and knew it had to be good! It was the most delicious Gelato of the trip and well worth the wait!
